Cottage

2 bedrooms, 4 queen size beds and 1 futon, 4 season porch, large private deck, walk out basement, washer and dryer, pool table, sleeps 8. 
CAMPING:
 
Campsites 1, 2, 3, 4 
30 amp - $50/night or $250 per week
50 amp - $60/night or $290 per week

Dump station and shower house included.

Camper Rental - Keystone Cougar 
$165/night or $1000/week
Lake front campsite included. 1 bedroom. 3 slides. Full kitchen. bathroom with shower. AC, TV, heat included. Sleeps 4.
 
Extra People and Visitors
Any overnight guests in both cabins and camping beyond our base rate will be charged an extra person fee of $20/night or $100/week. Children 4 and under are free but count towards the cabin capacity.

​All day time visitors must be prearranged and approved. Pets of visitors are not allowed.

Pets
$15/night or $75 per week
Limit 2 pets per cabin or campsite. Sorry, we have a no cat policy.

Sylvan Pontoon 
​$300/day or $1300/week.
​Tank of gas included.
Sylvan Cruise and Fish pontoon with 50 hp motor, plush lounging seats, 3 captains seats, live well, radio, and hummingbird fish finder. Rated for 9 people. 
Alumacraft Classic 165
$200/day or $900/week. Tank of gas included.
​14 foot with swivel seats, 70 hp 4 stroke motor, Minnkota trollling motor, Helix 7 depth finder.

Boat rentals are limited. Please reserve before the day of arrival.

Row boats, paddle boats, and canoe are first come first serve and shared among all guests.

POLICIES:

Cabin Rental Information:
  • Check in time for cabins is 4:00pm. Check out is 9:00am.
  • $300 deposit required for weekly rentals - $100 deposit required for daily rentals. 
  • Cabins rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday in June through Labor Day. A minimum of 4 nights in September and a minimum of 2 nights required in October through May. A 3 night minimum required for Memorial weekend.

Camping and Camper Rental Information:
  • Sorry no tent camping.
  • Check in time for camping is 4:00pm. Check out is noon for campsites and 11:00am for camper rental.
  • 2 day minimum required.
  • $50 deposit is required for campsites.
  • $100 deposit required for daily camper rental and $300 required for weekly camper rental.  
  • Water and electric hook up. Dump station and shower house with flushing toilets on site.
Cancellations:
We are a small ma and pa family resort. Cancellations greatly affect us, therefore we have a strict cancellation policy. Deposits are non-refundable. However, we would be happy to transfer your deposit to another reservation the same year or the following year with a 30 day notice and only if the cabin is re-rented and we do not sustain a loss due to your cancellation. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to your arrival your deposit will be forfitted completely. You will be charged the full amount of your reservation for any no shows, last minute cancellations, late arrivals, or early departures.
